We are Louisa and Karl, the hosts of Sea Lodge, and we’re honoured to welcome you to our coastal retreat.
Whether you’re here to explore the vibrant city of Cape Town or to relax by the sea with its iconic views, Sea Lodge is the perfect place to stay.
Sea Lodge carries a proud heritage, built on the property that was once the headquarters of legendary South African racehorse trainer Terrance Millard. Millard trained his horses along the beaches and dunes of Bloubergstrand, harnessing the natural elements to build their strength.
Today, those same sands invite guests to enjoy kite surfing, coastal walks, and breathtaking views of Table Mountain.
Accommodation
Sea Lodge offers a welcoming “home away from home” experience.
Bedrooms are equipped with heated blankets, extra cushions and blankets, while bathrooms include conditioning shampoo, shower gel, bath sheets, and heated towel rails.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, air fryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, washer dryer, iron and board, cookware, utensils, and basic supplies.
The living area features a fully stocked coffee station, Smart TV with DSTV, Bluetooth speaker, plus books and games.
Enjoy the enclosed braai area with full equipment provided, outdoor shower, and landscaped fynbos garden.
Located in Big Bay Beach Club, guests also have access to mini golf, jungle gym, tennis courts, and a swimming pool.

Peak Rate: Weekends, school - and public holidays minimum stay 2 nights - 6 people @ R4800 per night.

Off-Peak Rate: Monday to Thursday, Peak times (public holidays & School holidays) excluded - 6 people @ R4400 per night.

A minimum booking of two nights over weekends and three/four nights on long-weekends is required.
