Darling Brew Tasteroom and Brewery
Darling Brew is a microbrewery that combines award-winning beers with a commitment to conservation. It is located in Darling, a small farming town that oozes charm, and is only about 75 kilometres from Cape Town in the Western Cape.
This microbrewery was established in 2010 and has earned acclaim for its craft beers; the success of which is based on their fresh ingredients and a slow brewing process. Each beer is unique, like the endangered animal that it represents and supports by means of donations to a number of conservation programmes.

Table Mountain

Melkbosstrand
Melkbosstrand is a quiet, laid-back seaside village with long sandy beaches, gentle waves, and a friendly small-town atmosphere. It’s ideal for morning beach walks, relaxed seafood lunches, and watching surfers ride the waves from sunny beachfront cafés. With its slower pace and wide open coastline, Melkbosstrand offers a peaceful escape from the city — the perfect place to unwind, breathe in the sea air, and enjoy simple coastal living.


Trips to Robben Island
Robben Island, situated off the coast of Cape Town, South Africa, holds a unique place in history. Once a leper colony and animal quarantine station, it’s most known for its dark chapter as a prison for political prisoners during apartheid where notably Nelson Mandela spent 27 years incarcerated.
Following the fall of apartheid, this Island transformed into a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a powerful symbol of resilience. Today, visitors can explore the island and learn about its complex past through guided tours.

Table Mountain National Park
Table Mountain National Park is a walking Park with exciting trails for all levels of walkers from the super-fit to the casual stroller.
There are many routes to choose from along the Table Mountain Chain offering spectacular views of the City of Cape Town, rugged mountains and deep blue seas. Most of the popular hikes up Table Mountain such as Lion's Head, the Pipe Track, Platteklip Gorge (north face), Nursery Ravine and Skeleton Gorge (the latter two being accessible from Kirstenbosch Gardens) are fairly strenuous, while Silvermine, the Cape of Good Hope and the Constantiaberg offer easier options.


West Coast National Park
The West Coast National Park is a peaceful nature escape known for its turquoise lagoon, white sand beaches, and incredible birdlife. Just an hour from Cape Town, it’s perfect for swimming, cycling, picnicking, and spotting wildlife like eland and ostrich.
In spring, the park becomes a spectacular carpet of wildflowers — one of the Cape’s most breathtaking seasonal displays. It’s a calm, scenic retreat where nature feels untouched and time seems to slow down.


Blouberg Nature Reserve
The Blaauwberg Nature Reserve has a spectacular view down fynbos slopes from Blaauwberg Hill, across the city, to seven kilometres of rocky, sandy coastline, the ocean and beyond. Blaauwberg Hill, is one of the few viewpoints in the world from where you can see two proclaimed World Heritage Sites, namely Table Mountain and Robben Island.
Take the kids on beautiful walks, and enjoy a braai (bar-b-que) out in nature.

We are well known for the Stand-Up Paddle boards that are used by lifeguards during events, providing maximum visibility for both the lifeguards and participants.
